FREE delivery on orders over $99 + gst
We offer free standard delivery when you spend over $99 + gst (after discounts). Please note that free shipping excludes fast track delivery.
Standard delivery
Flat rate cost: $11 or FREE on orders over $99 + gst.
Calculated from the day we receive your print ready files, these timeframes include the time it takes to print, ship and deliver your order. Some products may take longer to produce and ship.
Please note: We currently ship Australia-wide only and do not offer international shipping at this time.

We unfortunately cannot expedite orders, due to steadfast manufacturing processes. If you need your order sooner, we recommend Fast Track delivery.

Local pickup
In-person pickups are available. If you prefer to pick up your order, please select local pickup at checkout. When your order is ready, we will contact you to arrange a convenient time for you to collect it from our location.
Refund policy
At Sprint, we strive to deliver high-quality printed products that meet your expectations. Please review your order carefully before approval, as refunds are not offered once approved.
- If there’s an error with your order, we will quickly reprint or correct the issue at no extra cost.
- If your product is defective, contact us within 10 days with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll either repair or replace the item free of charge. While we generally don’t offer refunds, in cases of faulty products, we may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.
