We offer free standard delivery when you spend over $99 + gst (after discounts). Please note that free shipping excludes fast track delivery.

Standard delivery

Flat rate cost: $11 or FREE on orders over $99 + gst.

Calculated from the day we receive your print ready files, these timeframes include the time it takes to print, ship and deliver your order. Some products may take longer to produce and ship.

Please note: We currently ship Australia-wide only and do not offer international shipping at this time.

We unfortunately cannot expedite orders, due to steadfast manufacturing processes. If you need your order sooner, we recommend Fast Track delivery.

Local pickup

In-person pickups are available. If you prefer to pick up your order, please select local pickup at checkout. When your order is ready, we will contact you to arrange a convenient time for you to collect it from our location.

At Sprint, we strive to deliver high-quality printed products that meet your expectations. Please review your order carefully before approval, as refunds are not offered once approved.

  • If there’s an error with your order, we will quickly reprint or correct the issue at no extra cost.
  • If your product is defective, contact us within 10 days with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll either repair or replace the item free of charge. While we generally don’t offer refunds, in cases of faulty products, we may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.

Once your order is complete, you will receive an email notification with the tracking information included.
Orders cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes because our shipping carriers require a physical address for delivery. This ensures your order reaches you in a timely and secure manner.
Turnaround times for your order will vary depending on the products, quantities, and finishing print attributes you select. Additionally, delays may occur if the artwork does not meet the provided artwork guidelines. To ensure timely processing, please carefully follow all instructions when submitting your files.
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer the option to arrange your own delivery provider or courier. We use our trusted shipping partners to ensure your order is delivered securely and efficiently.
