At Sprint, we strive to deliver high-quality print products that meet your expectations. Please review your order carefully before placing an order, as refunds are not offered once approved. If there’s an error with your order, we will quickly reprint or correct the issue at no extra cost.

If your product is defective, contact us within 10 days with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll either repair or replace the item free of charge. While we generally don’t offer refunds, in cases of faulty products, we may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.

We strive for perfection, but mistakes can happen, such as incorrect materials, colour mismatches, image quality concerns, or damage during shipping.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us immediately. We’re dedicated to resolving issues quickly, either by issuing a refund or reprocessing your order to ensure you get the correct items delivered. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’ll sprint to make it right.

Free delivery: Enjoy free standard delivery on orders over $99 +gst (after discounts). Please note that free shipping excludes fast track delivery.

Standard delivery: $11, or free on orders over $99 +gst. Delivery time: 4-10 business days, depending on your location.

Fast track delivery: $22.95. Delivery time: 2-4 business days, depending on your location.

Local pickup: In-person pickups are available. If you prefer to pick up your order, please select local pickup at checkout. When your order is ready, we will contact you to arrange a convenient time for you to collect it from our location.

Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates only and do not include any potential courier delays. Due to our manufacturing processes, we are unable to expedite orders, but Fast Track delivery is available for a quicker shipping option.

Orders placed after 5pm AEST, on weekends, or during public holidays will be processed the following business day.

Yes! We know it can be confusing. But don’t stress – we’re more than happy to help. Simply send us an email at help@wesprint.com.au, and we’ll assist you with getting your files ready for print.
Set up your file to the exact size you want the printed item to be, adding an extra 3mm on all sides. For instance, if you’re printing a 90mm x 55mm business card, your artwork should be created at 96mm x 61mm.

Please submit high-res PDF files for printing with bleed and crop marks. Remember, the 3mm area will be trimmed, so make sure essential elements are within the main print area.

Delays may occur if the artwork does not meet the file guidelines. To ensure timely processing, please carefully follow all instructions when submitting your files.

Once an order is placed and confirmed, we are unable to cancel or modify it. This is because we begin processing your order immediately to ensure timely delivery.

Yes, we offer a free PDF proof of your design for approval before printing. If you require a physical proof, there will be a small additional charge. Simply reach out to us, and we’ll gladly arrange it for you.
Yes, we offer custom sizes. To place a custom order, simply visit our Request a Quote page and submit your request. We’ll work with you to provide the perfect size for your project.
Our turnaround times vary based on the type of product, quantities, and any finishing print options selected. Typically, we aim to complete your order as quickly as possible, but please note that delays may occur if artwork does not meet our provided guidelines.
